Amidst the debacle with the pitchfork posse of Florida, I have met some of the sweetest, strongest, kindest women around. DeAnna and Autumn have been nothing but INCREDIBLY welcoming to all of us as we visit their hometown. I spent most of the day with them earlier this week, creating portraits for Autumn, a badass sophomore and softball player. She is kind, she is strong, she is powerful, she is beautiful. She showed up with all of her gear, all of the sparkly things and a willingness to crawl through swamps and hot damn, did we make some magic!
